New Telephone System

We now have a New Telephone System which we hope will improve the telephone access for our patients.
You will notice that when your call is answered you will be given options:
Option 1 - Appointments, Option 2 - Visits & Prescription queries & results (after 11am only) Option 3 - Over 75's line, Option 4 - Medical Health Professionals, Option 5 - Secretary & Option 5 - Admin (dealing with recall appointments)
Please make sure you are choosing the right option
